Essential oils to promote love and peace

August 31, 2018 BEAUTY, LIFESTYLE, WELLNESS

I love natural scents. Pine, cedar, lavender, sandalwood – I love them all. I took an in-depth course in Aromatherapy in 2011, to learn how to incorporate these wonderful scents into products. The course taught me how to blend the essential oils and also how to use them therapeutically.

Since then I have developed many blends that promote a variety of things such as peace, love, sex, joy, and prosperity. It’s amazing how beneficial essential oils can be on your health and mental state. Essential oils are also good for romance and love.

Essential oil blend to add peace and love in your life

Currently I am enjoying the combination of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Palmarosa in my bedroom. I use this combination of essential oils to promote peace and love in my life. I add them to my diffuser so that the scent permeates my bedroom before I go to bed. This keeps me in a positive frame of mind even when my life is chaotic.

Adding Essential oils to your bath

You can also add this blend of essential oils to a carrier oil (my favorite is jojoba) and store in a dark-glass dropper bottle. When you’re feeling anxious, upset or simply in need of some calming, shake the bottle and add 10 drops to a warm bath. You don’t need to use very much in order to benefit from the positive effects and the oil will soften your skin in the process.

Using this blend on your body

You can also use the above mentioned carrier oil blend by spreading a drop or two on your pulse points to keep you calm before an exam or before an important meeting.  These oils will also open your heart chakra, which can make you more open to people and relationships.

Seminar date to be updated soon. In the mean time, spread some love of your own. The world needs it.

*Be careful getting in and out of the tub whenever you add oils.

** Never apply essential oils onto your skin directly from the bottle
